Before Wrinkle Treatment

The patient who applies for Botox is evaluated before the procedure.The problems can be observed in different regions depending on the mimics and muscle anatomy of the patients. The frown lines between the two eyebrows, horizontal lines on the forehead, crow’s feet around the eyes, “bunny lines” on the nose are the most common regions where the Botox is applied.

However, a different Botox treatment plan can be made for each patient according to the problem. Before the procedure, the asymmetries on the face are discussed. Particularly, can be aimed at the height differences between the two eyebrows.

During Wrinkle Treatment

Botox is a 15-minute procedure that is performed in doctor’s office conditions. After Botox, the patients continue their daily life. In accordance with the complaints of the patient, the Botox treatment can also be applied to the upper lip, jaw tip nose edges, lower eyelid, nose tip, corner of the mouth, neck and décolleté in addition to the regions where Botox is most frequently applied, such as between the eyebrows, forehead, and crow’s feet.

With the applied Botox, the wrinkles between the eyebrows, forehead and crow’s feet can be opened, the eyebrows are shaped, the tip of the nose can be lifted, the orange peel looking at the jaw tip is prevented in active patients, the corners of the mouth located below that cause a sad face can be removed, gummy smile (tooth with a smile) (excessive looking of gingiva) can be prevented, bands on the neck are treated.

After Wrinkle Treatment

After the Botox procedure, the patients do not feel any discomfort. If deemed necessary, small doses can be added to the patient who comes to the check up 10-14 days after the procedure. The efficiency duration of Botox is averagely 3-6 months. It is appropriate to repeat it at 6-month intervals.
