Before Implant-Free Breast Lift
During the breast lift surgery, the incisions to be made and the scars that will remain are determined according to the degree of sagging. Before the breast lift surgery, the patients are required to be at a stable and ideal weight for at least 6 months.
During Implant-Free Breast Lift
Breast lift surgery is performed under general anesthesia. The breast lift surgery takes 2-3 hours depending on the degree of the problem and the size of the breasts. During the surgery, if there is excess volume, some tissue can be removed, or in breast lift surgery, only the breast can be moved up and the existing volume can be preserved.
After Implant-Free Breast Lift
After the breast lift surgery, patients can quickly return to their daily life. After the surgery, it is necessary to wait 3-4 weeks for swimming, weight training and other sports in which the upper body is active. Simple exercises and walking are recommended one week after the surgery.
There is no increase in the risk of breast cancer after breast lift surgery. The patients are recommended to maintain their current weights for the permanence of the form obtained after breast aesthetics.
