Before Penis Enlargement
The patients who request penis enlargement are not satisfied with either the thickness or the length of their penis. The average penis length is 8.5-9.5 cm when not erected. With surgical methods, it is possible to enlarge or thicken the penis.
During Penis Enlargement
If the penis sizes of the patients who request to enlarge their penis are really short, lengthening can be performed by releasing some ligaments that hang the penis up. In some patients, the length of the penis itself is sufficient and the penis looks small because of the excessive fatty tissues around it. Liposuction is recommended for these patients.
It is also surgically possible to increase the thickness, not the length. The fat tissue that is taken from the body of the patients who want to enlarge their penis is injected into the penis and so the penis is thickened.
After Penis Enlargement
It is necessary to pay attention to personal hygiene after penis enlargement surgery. Four weeks of sexual abstinence is recommended after the surgery.
